  The staff was very friendly. they are very flexible: we could stay in the appartment until 7PM and we did not have all inclusive, but we were welcome to join the breakfast and dinner buffets as we wanted (against reasonable price). Vanessa (receptionist) was a great help whenever we needed her. The resort seems to be secluded but there is a bus stop right at the corner that goes directly to Palma and Alcudia.

  We had booked a studio apartment, which at £100 per night was not good value for money for what was offered, but having spoken to reception we eventually ended up with a more acceptable room. The overall amenities and standard of presentation was more than acceptable, as was the location, right on the beach, although the local facilities in Playa ... what people say » de Muro were rather limited. If you hire a car there are numerous destinations worth a visit - The hotel is right on the beach which is sandy, food was fairly good, room clean and spacious with nice view to the pools and sea (pool view apartment), staff polite and helpful.

  The room was very well designed, with a modern touch. The staff was friendly. The hotel has 8 blocks overlooking the outside pool, and it is separated from awonderful beach only by small nice sand dunes. I you stay in house 8 or 1 you can see the sea and the pool, which it is nice. Nest to s'Albufera natural park, it is ideal for walks in the park... what people say » as well as cycling and bird watching. We did not have it, but you have choice from breakfast up to all inclusive paying in addition to the room. The - The hotel has excellent location by the sea, in quiet surroundings. Walking tracks in the nearby forest, and also the nature park area are only a few minutes away from the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor pool. Good location for a sports holiday.

  The hotel, room, facilites and staff were all apsolutely excellent, wewill definately return. Some of the guest reviews on the website werenot fair as the hotel was brand new refurbished for this year andobviously early on in the season a few teething troubles were found. Therooms in particular were excellent. - the food in the hotel was brillant e... what people say » specially the breakfast there was an amazing choice.This is one of the nicest hotels i ever stayed in. overall we had a fantastic stay at this hotel i would definitely recommend it to others and will return again.

  Just returned from a week (26th Oct to 1 Nov) Band B . The hotel is excellent. Near a wonderful beach. Many long walks on the beach in the evening. Weather was good for time of year but on the cooler days we made much use of the indoor pool,sauna,gym etc. Lovely grounds, friendly and polite staff. To be honest we could not find any negative issue... what people say » s with the hotel. - The quietness, the gardens and the choice of pools.
