I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this.   Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

  Hotel is perfectly located - within walking distance to all sights and shopping - plenty of restaurants, shops on the door step- hotel staff so friendly and could not do enough for us - Tour bus stops accross the road - Metro few feet away rooms really comfortable - stayed here before - definately return and can not recommend this hotel highly eno... what people say » ugh - oh and fantastic chinese restaurant accross... - It was centrally located, the staff was courteous and professional and the room was sparkling and quite luxurious.
