  Staff were very friendly and helpful, free wifi in the lobby was useful. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as there were a lot of cafes around to sit outside. We had chosen a double room as the preferred option but we were offered a twin as it would be bigger with a better view so we took it.   Enjoyed the location for getting to the City Tours and for feeling save. Front desk staff were competent in English which was a big help for us.   The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing! We arrived early (1pm) and were able to check straight in and use our room (not meant to be avai... what people say » lable until 3pm) which was very helpful and kind of the hotel. - Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces". The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful.
