The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather. A very safe area to stay and close to a supermarket so we were able to take advantage of the very capable and well kept kitchen. -

The location was very practical to get around BCN. The guy who greeted us was super nice and met us at 11 even though checkin is normally at 15. Unexpectedly for Spain it was also very quiet! - Best location, quiet, spotless clean! It was great having our 'own' flat during our stay!

I like everything very much. The services is great. The rooms were allways clean (the towels changed every day) and confortable. The location of the hostal Oliveta is very convienent. Just couple minutes from metro station Parallel, also you can easily reach the old quarter, La Ramblas on foot. It will take 10-15 minutes to walk.

Stayed for 8 days, in the beginning, the hotel was the mistakes, and they booked us a room to other guests were settled, we proposed a more modest room, two days later freed ours, previously reserved room. Cleaning was purely excellent! It was among the cleanest room ever staid at. Friendly neighborhood with lots of good restaurants. Close walking distance (~10 min) to las ramblas and to the Gothic quarters and close to subway station (1-2 min). - It was so close to Las Ramblas and safe at all hours of the day!
