All three members of the reception staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was lovely with a small balcony & large window that opened looking out onto the street below. Also, the bathroom was great. Initially, the room was very warm, but on mentioning this fact to reception, it was immediately rectified & the air on switched on for our return.

The receptionist when we checked in was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was good for the money. The location was excellent, a five minute walk from the city centre. Also, the 24 hour reception was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, close to beach and easy to get to center by walk or by bus. Very good base for car trips to other Andalusian travelling targets - Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, Tarifa, Gibraltar. We had nice sea view (5th floor) and balcony for evening rest. Smaller pool but fine for short recovery after visiting other countries or change with beach activities.
