We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean. It was an easy walk to the Guggenheim

budget friendly lodging -Excellent excellent excellent accomodation-
clean, ideal location ,warm friendly service. Breakfast is not served
but there is lovely coffee served directly opposite building .No wonder

The staff were particularly helpfull especially when the remote control for my car was disabled due to the adjacent government which had a radar exclusion zone. - The room was spacious, newly decorated, spotlessly clean, and elegant. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and
spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in
the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The
heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast
in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread
products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired). We wish we had more time to
explore Bilbao and stay in this comfortable hotel. We found it to be

For the money, it was one of the most spacious and bright rooms I have
had for the category. The criticisms that this place got was minor and I
don't get it. One side of the room is floor to ceiling windows.

in English. The outside of the pension has p** on it even though the
name is -
Location couldn't have been better, right in the old town. Staff were lovely, though English isn't really spoken they will do their best to communicate. Room was really nice. Breakfast isnt' fancy but it is adequate (Tea, coffee, toast, ceral and pastry) Entry is via buzzer only and you need to leave room key in reception when you leave.
