I loved the staff! Xavi, the main staff member was there to help me with everything I needed (and I don't speak Spanish, so he spoke with me in English and it was VERY helpful). I am a young female that was traveling through for a conference, and I was so comforted by the staff. You can call them anytime and they will help with anything. simple - no problems. clean and cool (air con) - Only room was acceptable. Other things were not good even bad: smoking in the restaurant during breakfast, personal did not speak any language bicides spanish and etc.
