A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

Room had a fantastic view of Gran Via. Staff were very friendly and informative . Bar Reims was very relaxing and particularly liked the snacks that were given out with the drinks. Loved the fact that the hotel was so central - Everything! The location frst of all. It is in the best place for whatever reason someone may be visiting. Metro statio
