Very comfortable hotel with helpful friendly staff. Good facilities which was just as well as Iberia lost my luggage! Good location on the very edge of the old town opposite a great cafe for breakfast and near good restaurants.
I recommend the internal rooms which look out on to a central covered courtyard which were very peaceful. Comfy beds and warm rooms which helped as the Santiago weather was dreadful!

There should be a sign on the drawers beneath the hanging rod about how to open. We loved especially the superb window and sound insulation, the induction cooktop..
