It was an excellent hotel with all the facilities one would expect but with little extra touches that made it special. Would definately stay there again. - Airport shuttle service-excellent. Staff is very customer oriented, personalized service was pleasant. Rooms, bar, etc. were first class.

The room was clean, huge and the staff was very attentive. Room service was great, in terms of prices and food selection. Very close to the airport - walk 15 minutes to Terminal 2. Also 15 minute walk to Barajas Metro station (the stop between T4 and T1-2-3) which would save the Metro airport surcharge.

passengers taking early flights.
I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception.

The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.

A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time.
You need to go to the sister hotel next door for real food.

service. Also a 5 minute walk and you are at a bus stop that takes you
to the metro station. The rooms were very clean, the hotel smelled
wonderful and the breakfast was good. We stayed there our 1st night in
Madrid and booked it again for our last 2 nights in Madrid. Our son
stayed our late one night and it's about a 20 euro taxi ride from
downtown Madrid to the hotel.

Last summer I stayed for the first time at Axor Barajas both for business (The University of Arizona, USA) and pleasure (Family European vacation) I can't say enough of the quality for the price.....it is a bargain. All of the above questions, I have answered with excellent, though in my field of education it is an A+

We stayed at the Axor for one night before our flight home after touring around Spain. Super modern hotel very close to the airport. We must have been upgraded, because our soom was huge. We had a whole studio with a sleek bathroom.The shuttle was excellent. We used it from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then the next morning back to the airport for our flight.

- apartment was large, clean and it was very comfortable
- kitchen had full set of utensils so cooking yourself dinner was no problem
