The Staff was excellent! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel is 2 blocks from the Plaza de Toros and the Ventas Metro station making all of Madrid easily accessible . - Although this hotel is out of Madrid's central area, it's has easy access to the Sol or Gran Via by bus and metro. Relaxing after a busy trip and its proximity to airport - The feeling of being in a mansion in the middle of Madrid. The breakfast was good, the seperate villas (with umbrella!) were special and the additional goodie bag of Bulgari amenities was well appreciated.
