  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. It was also near a supermarket and we found a great cafe for pastries. We would definitely stay there again. - The space, the internet and friendliness o... what people say » f the staff.   Well kept and clean - Very convenient location - 3-5 minutes walk from the metro, 7-10 minutes walk to Gran Via, several El Corte Ingles shops were located around.   This is the second time I stayed at the Hotel Sterling and it was fantastic, I was given the chance to see the Room first as I had asked for a quiet room, and knowing Madrid the Spanish like to party out in the streets till all hours of the night! - I was given a very large room at the back of the Hotel which I asked for away from the lifts. I brought my own travel kettle for tea & coffee and r - First of all the price is very competitive compare to other 3 stars hotel. The location is very near gran via street. So for you who like to shop this is the perfect hotel. Another plus of the hotel is the location very near metro station (forgot the name of the station) just 2 minutes walk. So you can go everywhere easily.
