  The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. It was also near a supermarket and we found a great cafe for pastries. We would definitely stay there again. - The space, the internet and friendliness o... what people say » f the staff.   Front Desk was very competent and they went out of their way to help us and we were very demanding. housecleaning was very nice and also efficient. Spa was nicely equipped.

  Well kept and clean - Very convenient location - 3-5 minutes walk from the metro, 7-10 minutes walk to Gran Via, several El Corte Ingles shops were located around.   All was perfect, charming staff, nice rooms with jacuzzies, breakfast until 11.30 in weekends... I will recommend it - Rooms are very nice designed, big & comfortable. Location is also good. Wi-Fi is free and fast.
