The staff at the hotel are just outstanding. My husband became ill in Granada and had to spend 5 days in a local hospital. I have little Spanish and the hospital staff had little English. Alex, the hotel manager, came to the hospital with me as a translator and spent many hours dealing directly with hospital administration. The motel is very close to the bus station and we liked that we could easily walk to and from there, on our arrival and departure. The staff was friendly and helpful in our getting oriented to the location. We walked just about everywhere and found the shopping we needed to do very close by. Our room was spacious, lots of hot water and the beds comfortable. Being able to do laundry was a real bonus.
