  Great hotel to stay in.all facilities were great and very handy. We had been traveling Spain for a couple of weeks and this was the first place we could wash clothes. Great value for money but it is located quite some way from the city centre which suited us as we had our car with us and wanted to make sure it was parked somewhere secure (our car was broken into on a previous visit to the city). We are a couple with an 11 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter, the girls had their own room with a connecting door to our room and this provided privacy and security.   Very friendly greeter, Marta, met us at apartment and got us set up. Hard to find, as others noted, but once we found it, it is so easy to get around the city from this location. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, very modern, updated. We had a later train out of Seville so needed to be able to store luggage for the afternoon. ... what people say » They had someone coming into the apartment after us so they happily allowed us to walk a few minutes away to the home office to store it for a few hou - Loved the location. It's within walking distance to shopping, Cathedral, and tapas restaurants. If you're driving there, please note our suggestion on parking. 1) You need to call reception 30 minutes prior to arrival for them to help you with parking availability nearby. There is no parking on site. 2) And you'll need to pack light since you'll be carrying your luggage across cobbled streets to apartment for about 5-10 minutes from parking garage.
