The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. Good Hotel and Great Service. - Staff was helpful in directing us to use of public transportation and sites of interest. They were also helpful and quick to respond when we had a special request with maid service.
