The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. The location - 20 mins on Metro to city centre. Hotel is nice, clean and pool is a real bouns. Area is in commercial dicstrict which is a nice break from the bustle of the city. - We had everything we needed here. Bring your laptop to enjoy the freeinternet access if you think you will need it.

It was an excellent location, near the metro and Plaza Mayor. The staff were all very helpful and parking was facilissimo. They were extremely accommodating, providing driving directions in Madrid and other advice. - The breakfast (which was not included) was delicious and plentiful.
