The location (the closest hotel to the Cathedral that wasn't the 5*parador), the cleanliness (room was immaculate), the comfort (double bed! wooden floors, modern furniture). You have your own balcony facing a palace. It was really the perfect stay for the money <3 -

it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !!

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Delightful converted monastery. While the rooms were basic the building and its gardens were fabulous - we had our picnic lunch in the cloister gardens. Extremely quiet and a quiet location on the university's old campus. Good continental breakfast. Lots of free parking. Great location, just a short walk to the historic centre. -
