All the windows in the sun room opened.   The staff was just outstanding. They took it as their job to tell me all about Santiago. When I was sick, they let me stay in the room until 1:30. Victor and Natalie bent over backwards to help. It's a modern design in an old building that takes some getting used to, but not much.
