  The best western arosa was a brilliant hotel, right in the heart of the city! We had an eighth floor room overlooking Gran via with our own balcony which we were upgraded to for free!   The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy.
