Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing. We had a fantastic time. :) - Accessibility of the Hotel and its proximity to the beach.

This is a lovely hotel, staff are very pleasant and helpful and there are some good restaurants/bars close by. We were worried that the location might be out on a limb, however there is a tram/underground less than 5 mins walk away and you can be in the centre of Valencia within 15 mins for 1.3 euros! A superb breakfast is served on the 3rd floor

Great location right on the beach, offered breakfast not very varied but filling. Room was clean and quite a funky decor, had air conditioning and a very welcome hairdryer. -
Staff were so kind and took care of what we asked so quickly. Nice jacuzzi inside suit, nice design, perfect view specially at sunrise .

Great friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do. Our Spanish is terrible and the staff didn't speak a lot of English but they made our stay great. -

Location can not be beat. On nice Beach. Room was lean and e erything worked well. Pub downstairs was lively but never had issue with noise in room. -

Ther hotel rooms were decorated really nicely, Plus there is a lovely spa in the hotel which is alovely treat, That I would highly recommend. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre but I have to say the 30min walk is lovely-just follow the old riverbed. You are near to the beach and the New area of Arts and Science. We liked everything at the hotel. It is really nice and clean - The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up in the morning! Nice, spacious, lovely hot shower..! Well informed staff, very good!
