  A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Very efficient heating system. Excellent receptionist's, room and breakfast service. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

  The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable and the location good, beside metro and railway station.   The hotel staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Weliked the fact that it was served untill 12 noon? No morning rush andthere was still plenty of choice when we went down quite late. - Excellent Hotel, ideally situated - very friendly and helpful staff
