  right next to Piramides tube line, also very close to Athetico Madrid ground which is why we went - good bars and places to eat in location - I like location of hotel and close to metro

  A nice, very clean and cosy hotel with a perfect location close to the heart of Madrid. Also, the subway station is just nearby, i.e. within 3 min. walk down the same street. Very efficient heating system. Excellent receptionist's, room and breakfast service. Rich buffet breakfast with all sorts of food to satisfy any choice. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to Playa de Major. 5 minutes walk from Puerto de Toledo Metro. Within short walking distance of Palace and Cathedral. Would definitely recommend this hotel in centre of Madrid.

  The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable and the location good, beside metro and railway station. Did not eat there as so many cafés nearby, so cannot comment on food. - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent.
