  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel.   The location must be one of the most culturally interesting in Europe. The Parador itself has been renovated to the highest possible standard, has a small number of rooms and is extremely exclusive. Friendly helpful staff, lovely room, well cared for ancient building and gardens, great restaurant, buffet breakfast one of the best I've had. We went in the off season - Dec 2013 so had substantial discounts. We'll go back again at this time of year. The staff also made sure we got to the Alhambra on time - the palace has strict entry times. We would have missed it without the front-desk staff organising the visit for us.

  We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. I would recommend anyone who stays here to check in as early as possible and leave as late as you can to reap the full benefits of this excellent boutique hotel! :-) A true 5* service! I would de... what people say » fintely book another stay again and again etc..! - The room: Wonderful-very contempoary-loved the floor to ceiling glass interior walls and the white decor with marble- the bath and shower were large and unusual in designed- the bed was very large and comfortable-bedside tables in marble looked great when lit. The spa: well organised and relaxing.The staff: very polite and extremely helpful.
