  The hotel is amazing and the staff are excellent. We arrived during Siesta but the staff had still made it easy for us to get into our room and go and use the pool and allowed us to check in later. It may look a bit far out on the map, but its just up a small hill that we never struggled with. About a 3-4min work to Plaza Nuevo. The views, what ca... what people say » n I say - amazing! Hotel in general is picture worthy and the rooms are great. They even leave the room with tea and coffee, milk and drinks etc which - Have great view of Alhambra. Needs a little uphill walk, but walking is historical district is very nice. Rooms have small snacks, kitchen facilities, which was a plus. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

Great great location-I can't emphasise this more- right next to cathedral n all the impt buses- airport bus stops right in front and straight bus to train station as well. The apts have only 1 bath, so we inquired about getting another apt. Ivonna made a few calls and the manager allowed us to rent another 2 bedroom and reduce the rate on the booked apt (they charge per person in most Spainish properties) so that for 2 apartments (2bed/1bath) the total came to 20 euros less for our stay!!!!
