We are senior citizens who live about an hour by motor way from Benidorm so we would never contemplate the town in high season since we can opt for whenever. The hotel served our every need.   We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.
