  A very cool place to stay at the heart of the city! Walking distance to EVERYTHING - shops, meals. We actually had too many options to choice from!   The room was lovely, we could see the sea from our balcony. Something a lot of hotel rooms don't have is decent light to read by, this room had good lighting over the couch area, and good bedside lamps. There were plenty of options for our evening meal, we chose to walk around the block to a local restaurant rather than dine in. Loved walking along the beach and the access to the warm saltwater pool. Had a mini kitchen in our room so one visit to the Supermarket let us eat breakfast and lunch on our balcony.

  Roslyn apartments were fantastic. The kitchen it fully decked out with all the pots, pans, baking dishes and utensils you could need. I felt like I was back at home in my own kitchen! But if you don't like to cook on holiday, there's some amazing restaurants a 2 minute walk up the street, as well as a supermarket. Only 3 minutes from the town cent... what people say » re it was the perfect location with a beautiful view and the staff are very knowledgeable about the area if you're not sure what to do with your time - Apartment had everything you could ask for - it was living in a home from home - with all amenities. Great to be able to do washing during a long trip overseas. Undisturbed quiet atmosphere with great views of the city and Otago Bay. And close to shops and nice restaurants. Helpful but unobtrusive owners and even a cute cat.

  Please look no further than this place ! The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious, very clean. There was even a dishwasher ! Every conceivable amenity has been provided.   When we arrived at the hotel, a lovely man named John helped bring in all our luggage. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was absolutely amazing, spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy! When were checked out the next day, the lovely John retrieved our car for us and loaded our luggage in.   We only stayed here over night but filled our requirements adequatelty so we has very little involvement with a lot of the facilities. However I do feel the fact you have to pay for parking extra is a bit rude as it should be included & internet charges are ridiculously expensive especially when a lot of other placeswe stayed offered both park... what people say » ing & internet complimentary. - the hotel situated in from of the famous cadbury chic factory. the Nando's restaurant just next door as well as supermarket . the facilities are perfect , washing machine, dryer, kitchen amenities etc was just perfect. will surely stay there again for next trip

  I liked the decor and that it was matching, and not bitsy. Didn't take long to heat up the room. Having the extra tv channels was good. - the rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. heater was great and didn't take long to heat up. very comfy beds :)

  We stayed with 4 people in a very spacious three-bedroom unit. Tons more space than you get in newly built motels, and a proper kitchen, all for a reasonable price. Also very close to the central city and the university, but quiet. The decor is a bit old fashioned but I'd rather have that than a price rise, and it's perfectly comfortable and funct... what people say » ional. The staff were very helpful. - Our two bedroom unit was set well back from the road and was not only comfortable but also very quiet. While there I discovered that one of my lens filters had shattered. When I asked the owner if I could borrow a vacuum cleaner to get the remains out my camera bag she insisted on doing the job for me!
