  The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great. The staff were great very attentive and the pool/ beach was not crowded just right. - Spacious, private, luxury in a wonderful setting with superb facilitites and excellent staff and high standard of food and wine

  The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine .   We enjoyed very much our stay in Alianthos Garden . The Hotel is in perfect location close to the beach so we could enjoy the view over the sea from our room . The breakfast was delicious so we decided to have also dinner in the Hotel .The staff were very friendly and polite and they made us feel very comfortable.   It was the second time that I stayed in this wonderful hotel, and, again, I felt very happy there. This time a shared a bungalow-style 'house' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and good-sized private pool) right by the sea and it was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. The staff was, as always, very friendly... what people say » and helpful and so was the delightful manager of this luxury hotel. He greets every arriving guest personally and shows them to their room. I met som - All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.

  Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens. Water park next to the resort was good. - I liked the all inclusive and food and drinks were lovely. Plenty of pools to choose from and loads of water slides to slide on all day long!

  Everything was just wonderful, Imperial is really a bit better than Royal. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas are clean and nice-looking. Good mini zoo, especially the donkeys. Anyway, if you have an opportunity, you shall rent a car (free parking is available, rental services are both in the hotel and anywhere in the town, eve... what people say » n just outside of the hotel) and drive around the island. - Great hotel for families with young children.We enjoyed the pools,the activities for children (although the staff entertaining them didn't speak any greek) .and the food,especially at the Greek and Italian restaurant.We didn't have to leave the hotel at all.

  We picked the Crete to spend the end of our visit to Greece relaxing and enjoying the beach. The cove beaches and day beds were the reason we choose Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites. Upon our arrival there was a glitch with our rooms but it was fixed and the rest of our stay was fine. We had dinner at the Swell Restaurant and it was fantastic.... what people say » We picked the breakfast only option and the hotels breakfast was extensive and changed enough each day to keep it interesting. The hotel has two cove - - the beach was amazing - beach facilities very nice -staff is v good especially beach bar employee - hotel location -the moved us the next day to better location rooms abd right close to our children room .
