  Modern, nicely furnished villa in a quiet location with great views and yet close (by car) to shops, restaurants and beaches. There is an attractive open air restaurant/bar, but it was not operating (at the end of September) which was a bit disappointing.   The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great. The staff were great very attentive and the pool/ beach was not crowded just right. - Spacious, private, luxury in a wonderful setting with superb facilitites and excellent staff and high standard of food and wine

  The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine .   Clear water, nice sandy beach, beautiful views, comfort rooms( we lived in island on wateredge) the food is quite nice in restaurants.. Such category of room gives you privacy.. - - sparkling wine every morning - sufficient parking place - various types of beaches

  We enjoyed very much our stay in Alianthos Garden . The Hotel is in perfect location close to the beach so we could enjoy the view over the sea from our room . The breakfast was delicious so we decided to have also dinner in the Hotel .The staff were very friendly and polite and they made us feel very comfortable. Next to Plakias - 1 Km, is Damnoni beach, very beautiful and worth a visit.

  It was the second time that I stayed in this wonderful hotel, and, again, I felt very happy there. This time a shared a bungalow-style 'house' (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, terrace and good-sized private pool) right by the sea and it was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. The staff was, as always, very friendly... vad folk säger » and helpful and so was the delightful manager of this luxury hotel. He greets every arriving guest personally and shows them to their room. I met som - All the staff are very professional, efficient and anticipate your every need. The restaurants have a perfect choice of excellent food and first class service. Christopher, the maitre d'hotel, runs the restaurants with an eye for every detail – all the time. The hotel is close enough to Agios Nikolaos to get there for an evening out, in five minutes, yet far enough away to be far from the madding crowd.

  Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens. Water park next to the resort was good. - I liked the all inclusive and food and drinks were lovely. Plenty of pools to choose from and loads of water slides to slide on all day long!

  Everything was just wonderful, Imperial is really a bit better than Royal. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas are clean and nice-looking. Good mini zoo, especially the donkeys.
