everything was amazing - we went into our honeymoon and they greeted us with lots of great surprizes; the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the location breathtaking, serene - all in all, we have absolutely no complaints and we came back fully refreshed and delighted! thank you for the amazing vacation!. Elounda Bay Palace was a great hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was of a really high standard and really, really good. The hotel was busy but all the sunbathing areas were really spread out so you never felt like the hotel was overcrowded or you were sitting on top of anyone.
