  Location of the hotel is one of the best in Santorini. I am not sure about the altitude, but Imerovigli village is one of the highest points of the island which allows a magnificent view of Oia and Thirasia. I stayed there with my girlfriend whom I proposed during our stay. The ambient is just made for it. We really enjoyed our time in the room, and we will surel - This was our second time in Santorini, and Imerovigli. We really love the place! Hotel Kasimatis Studios was amazing, with the hot tube and nice privacy. Very good choice, and even cheaper than other hotels, without jacuzzi. Watching sunset while lying in the jacuzzi, it's unforgettable. Maria and all the hotel stuff are so helpful,(ordering taxi or a ATV with a good price) room and hot tub are cleaned everyday. When we go back, we stay there.It is a perfect location between Ia and Fira. Since it is not on the Caldara side, it is much quieter and less tourists. You can be in Ia in 15 minutes so it is no biggy. Close to a small beach that you can walk to. Wonderful, relaxing and fun- you stay in a windmill.

Roula was fantastic and provided us with details about the area and recommendations for restaurants. She even gave us gifts including a complimentary bottle of wine. We're always so full after the breakfast. :) (They said continental breakfast, but it's more like a hot breakfast!) Location is great, quiet and still able to see the sunset. Langas has the same private balcony views and a nice pool (albeit very small) as its luxury neighbors like Astra and Gold Suites, but at far less cost.
