Location of the hotel is one of the best in Santorini. I am not sure about the altitude, but Imerovigli village is one of the highest points of the island which allows a magnificent view of Oia and Thirasia. I stayed there with my girlfriend whom I proposed during our stay. The ambient is just made for it. We got the nicest room (recently renovated) in the hotel with an outdoor hot tub, breath taking view and traditional/modern interior. We really enjoyed our time in the room, and we will surel.
all reviews » This was our second time in Santorini, and Imerovigli. We really love the place! Hotel Kasimatis Studios was amazing, with the hot tube and nice privacy. Very good choice, and even cheaper than other hotels, without jacuzzi. Watching sunset while lying in the jacuzzi, it's unforgettable. Maria and all the hotel stuff are so helpful,(ordering taxi or a ATV with a good price) room and hot tub are cleaned everyday. And it's quiet at nights, no traffic noices or something like that. Special thank. Absolutely stunning!! Best sunset on Santorini in my opinion. Many travel guides would argue that oia has the best sunset, which I do not completely disagree. From oia, you don't have the islands blocking your view, so you really see the sun goes down at the horizon, but, most likely you will be having a crowd of tourists in your sight as well. I had a room with a jacuzzi, the amazing part is the balcony is facing west, so you can really watch the stunning sunset while soaking heavenly in the t. Where do I start, 'perfect'. The most Amazingly Beautiful place we have ever stayed, Maria and Yianis made us feel like we were part of the Family, always there to help at any time. The View is to die for, Breathtaking, actually better in real life than the online photos(which we never thought could be possible) Peaceful relaxed and fun place to stay, and a Perfect place to Propose, which I did :) . Will be going back for our honeymoon when we are married. 10 out of 10 and Much Much more... The experience at Kasimatis Studios is especially unique, and this was the perfect hotel for our holiday. The location was great . The sunset view was realy great from our room , No need to go Oia it is a quiet and relaxing retreat away from crowded Oia. Would have liked a control for the hot tub temperature - it gets a little windy up there. Also, the shower could be improved. didn't have the pick-up service from the airport or the port. The price is a bit high for the type of the room with the facilities like that. My husband hit his head getting out if bed on the curved ceiling in the room we were in for the first night. The chairs and the sunbeds on the terrace could be of a higher quality;. no wi-fi coverage most of the time Tv with very few channels need to work on technology. The linen etc was dated but usable. Bathrooms are very small and uncomfortable; breakfast is extra charge and the selection is poor. Nothing.
