  The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. Shame to be alone and on business .would have made a great romantic trip. location excellent. energy clinic was excellent.   the room was very clean and new and it was very roomy. the bathroom had a fantastic shower. the location of the hotel is excellent, the street behind the hotel is full of restaurants. there are nice breakfast places there as well, so no need to pay for the hotel breakfast. there were some reviews about noise, but that was not my experience. we ... what people say » were only on the second floor but it was not noisy - The room was fantastic - really spacious and with a good view of the Alster. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was well placed for walking into the city centre.
