  Our view of the vineyards and the mosel river were fabulous. Briedel is a very small town, so dining options were limited. Our hotel had a wonderful breakfast included in our stay, and the rooms were modern and extremely clean and comfortable. The most memorable was how nice Stephan & Frank were. They are so friendly, kind and run a great busi... what people say » ness. You can tell how genuine they are. They made our stay very memorable. I will never forget the friendly conversation at breakfast over an entire - Quite outstanding hospitality offered by Stefan and Frank - friendly, interesting and helpful in every way. This is a simple, clean and unpretentious hotel offering really excellent value for money. The four days spent at Zum Anker enabled us to appreciate (for the first time) some of the reasons that people love the Moselle - we strongly recommend this Hotel and the whole area.
