We booked two rooms one for us and one for our children, both were very clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully with nice space. Staff was very accommodating. - Excellent location near boat cruises and rail station. Staff was veryfriendly and helpful. Terrific breakfast!

Excellent location opposite the K-D ferry quay and it is definitely worth paying extra for a room with a river view balcony. Good choice at breakfast. - The staff; they were able to direct us to parking and had a place we could store our bikes. Also the hotel is in the middle of everything in Cochem.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, good facilities - We had a family room on the 3rd floor, with views on 2 sides to The Mosel River and vineyards. Could watch the boats going up and down all day! Fantastic location, within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants. Took us 30mins to drive to Frankfurt Hahn Airport.

The hotel owner was extremely nice, offering us an upgrade and picking us up from the train station in Bullay. The breakfast was plentiful, and restaurant was very good. I had the most wonderful four days at this hotel while I was buying a holiday home there. The owner, Karin, was so helpful and warm and made me feel very welcome. The restaurant was 5 Star eating and the castle setting and rooms were breathtakingly elegant with such a fantastic history. What a wonderful start to Christmas- almost a fairytale.
