  rich breakfast, broad showing room - Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet ws fabulous but for our schedule it would have been nice if it had started earlier on the weekend. Beds were quite comfortable.

  This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel. The restaurant menu showed some flair and was good on the first night, unfortunately the menu was repeated on our second night. Staff were great and we had a fantat... what people say » sic stay. We will certainly go back again - High quality room, good breakfast-buffet, relaxing health centre.

  The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. The staff was very helpful... what people say » and made us feel right at home.... - Very confortable and quiet room with a view on the parc. we were able to have the Spa just for the two of us from 19.30 to 22.00 as no one was there at this time. Very professional staff.

  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   Room very quiet. Hotel within walking distance of city centre. - The hotel was comfortable, we were made very welcome, the food was good especially breakfast where the choice was one of the best we have ever had. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city centre hotel and we will use this hotel again.
