  Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished because they are so roomy. In fact you will find everything you n... what people say » eed. The beds were super-comfortable and clean, the clothes closet quite spacious. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

  This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel. The restaurant menu showed some flair and was good on the first night, unfortunately the menu was repeated on our second night. Staff were great and we had a fantat... what people say » sic stay.   Very good location to explore Bonn and the surrounding area. Although near a busy road, the hotel was very quiet. Superb breakfast, kind and helpful staff, the hotel seems to cater mainly to a younger crowd which gives it a vibrant atmosphere. I did not make use of the swimming pool or sauna due to lack of time, but next time I will certainly make... what people say » some time for it. The open-air swimming pool is next door. - The accomodation is very good. Although we checked out on sunday we were allowed to use the outside pool and/or sauna on that day. Chek out time is 12 OÇlock which is also very pleasant. Nice breakfast.
