  The hotel rooms were full so they offered me an apartment instead which is not bad at all. Breakfast is average, good for a 3 stars hotel though. Only one worker speak english, the rest of the staff are only German speakers.   This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel.   Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished because they are so roomy. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs
