  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially, they allowed us early check-in, as we arrived at the hotel around 8:00 am. The hotel is located next to the Main Train Station, the gathering site of tours, about 15 minutes to the tourism areas, 30 minutes to the centre of downtown. The hotel was newly replenished. The room was very co... what people say » mfortable and quiet. More importantly, the breakfast was very good with many choices. - Incredibly kind, attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

  Good hotel for the price. It was a 10 minute walk from the Main Rome Train Terminal. We were a 5 minute walk from the Coluseum and not more than a 10 to 15 minute walk to all other major sites.   This hotel is in a very convenient location close to the train station, subway, museums and inner city sites. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished with a comfortable four poster king size bed. The bathroom had a roomy shower and a much appreciated heated floor. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is cheap and very tasty. - The staff at Hotel Stachus. We had caught the overnight train from Berlin so arrived very early to the hotel. The lady on reception was very gracious and looked after our bags and arranged early check in for us ~12 noon. Very well located, close to trains and Main Street. Big windows that allowed fresh air at a good breeze at night.
