  The hot tub and pool were clean and not full of kids for my use. Parking was not an extra cost and the parking lot was safe. Loved the location as well! A great hotel in a nice part of Hessen! - The room was very comfortable , the services and facilities of the hotel were very good . More then this , the food was tasteful .

  There were some shops close by where I could pass the time. Also as a solo traveller it was easy to get to the hotel since they provided the shuttle service which was very efficient. Unfortunately I arrived from a long-haul flight and I wasn't very well so didn't wasn't able to enjoy the facilities. - Thank you for securing our ski bag and two gia... what people say » nt duffel bags near the reception desk. It was easy to access the shuttle in the early morning. I appreciate that the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, especially since I don't speak German well.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !
