  This was a beautiful hotel conveniently located to the downtown area. Situated along the river, it was nice to take a stroll in the evening. The hotel itsel was very nice and clean. I was very surprised at the quality for such a low price. - Availability of exercise room. Free use of bikes.

  Super Hotel. It was a stay over night on the way home after our holidays. But it is so quit in the middle of the Woods on a warm summer evening.   We had a great experience! Went with 3 friends (40+) for the Christmas market. Had large comfortable rooms, very clean, directly overlooked the market, the mountain, had a slight river view as well as castle view in our top floor corner room. Easy walk from parking garage, but use P12 not P13 as we did for the hotel discount! Even so, 16 euro for 2... what people say » 4 hours is not outrageous but would have been free - We visited 11 hotels on this trip and this was our No.1. We had a fantastic loft apartment. The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.

  The location is lovely - a converted monastery in a quiet area, but an easy tram ride to the railway station and the historic part of the city. Our room was small (by American standards) but well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. In a previous review I said there was nowhere to sit except the bed, but that was incorrect (a mixup with an... what people say » other hotel). There was a small desk area with a chair. The bathroom was also attractive and well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean and seemed - Hotel restaurant was excellent. Managed to fit us in as residents although fully booked to outsiders. Accommodation was superb. Very tasteful, modern design which works well. Ulm was delightful, particularly the riverside walk and the fishers' quarter.
