The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

Common facilities at the ground floor are very clean and features very cozily folded cotton towels, so cute! -
- The rooms were very private and clean, modern amenities, free minibar
with juices, beer, water and nescafe.
- We didn't hear much from the street in the night, inside it is also very silent, not many people moving around
- We were able to serve ourselves at the Coffee machine and sit at the counter in the main floor
- if you have problems you just call the main hotel, which is also there for the check-in.
The check-out worked with "leave the keys at the counter"

Great location for the attractions of Friedrichshafen. Even though the hotel is next to the train station where buses stop, we were not disturbed at all by any noise.
Underground parking very secure.

We had a beautiful view of the lake. There is hiking and a wonderful resturaunt, The Kurhaus up the street. No fishing though...you have to get a licence(not at walmart like America) a written test takes a long time to get. - The room was overall very clean, nicely warm despite the outside cold temperature and the bathroom was very new and modern.
