  Friendly, helpful staff; good Wi-Fi, splendid choice at breakfast, very comfortable bed, very quiet, excellent view from our room. The staff were very sensitive to my wife's physical disabilities. High standards and very good value for money.   We had a beautiful view of the lake. There is hiking and a wonderful resturaunt, The Kurhaus up the street. No fishing though...you have to get a licence(not at walmart like America) a written test takes a long time to get. - The room was overall very clean, nicely warm despite the outside cold temperature and the bathroom was very new and modern. ... what people say » I found the allergy-free service very helpful. Late check-in and check-out service was possible further to agreement. Also the location of the hotel is very good and central.
