  The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. The buffet dinner was fantastic. It is owned by a married couple who are both very accommodating. It is within walking distance or a two minute drive to EuropaPark. We will definitely stay here again! - Atmosphere, proximity to Europa Park, bonfire, food...kids loved being able to be outsid... what people say » e with plenty of room.   The room was rustically charming but in a modern way, wonderful colour schemes and the bathroom was large and modern (no bathtub but the shower was large) The woman who runs the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a simple but adequate spread of breads, fruit, cold meats, cereals, boiled eggs and preserves.   Great location on the lakeside. Hagnau is a great little village with a lovely walk along the waterfront. Great staff at the hotel were very helpful. Thank you for a great stay.
