  Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.   The hotel's location can't be any better - right by the lake, in the center of Langenargen (by shops, restaurants and the farmers market), and 2 min walk to the ferry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and with amazing views of the lake and if no fog, the mountains. With an excellent location (right on the lake shore) there was always a delightful breeze blowing. The restaurant was very good.

  The staff was wonderful and very kind. I was greeted with warmth and concern. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet which is what I needed most.   nice rooms direct entry to park good layout of breakfast friendly staff went there for Europa Park and is was excellent . Colosseo Hotel across the street is also nice - The room is clean. Chek in is fast. The mattress is new. Wifi is speedy and work everywhere in the hotel.
