  The hotel is clean, the staff efficient and good value for money. What makes it a must is the restaurant we ate on a Monday night and it was vertually full, mainly with local people - they obviously know where to get excellent traditional food.   Comfortable room, The staff were freindly and spoke good English, and a very good cold breakfast buffet. - The proprietor was very kind and helpful. She allowed us to leave our car at the hotel after we checked out so we could take the train into Nuremberg. She gave us a map, directions, and told us the train and platform number we needed.
