The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good. The location of the hotel is excellent. Very easy walk to many sights and both U & S stations. Easy to get from airport, many good restaurants nearby.
Beds are very comfortable, room very clean, breakfast selection also very good.
Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.

We were made to feel welcome from our check in to our last good bye. It was wonderful to get to know the owners who were present days and evenings, and everyone of the staff was efficient and sincere. Jobst gave us wonderful tips and even came out to say goodbye to us early since he wouldn't be there when we checked out. Location was wonderful

I recommend this hotel strongly. Having traveled extensively for work and pleasure, I can confidently say that Hotel Biederstein, though simple, is a wonderful place.
Great staff who made us feel very welcome. All of the staff made sure that we were most comfortable, helped us with our logistical questions, and ensured that we had the best possible experience.
Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. They even upgraded us to a suite, simple as it is, with great views and outside space.
