I liked the friendliness of the staff. They were very accommodating - wewere able to leave our luggage at the reception on the first night as wehad areservation and were running late. The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good. Yes the room was small but we knew that as it was clear on the website. However that did not deter us from having a very positive experience.
