  I was in Lubeck 2 years ago and stayed at the same place. First because of the location in the Innensadt, second quality for the money. It looks like they do some renowations sice I was there last time.   Wonderful place to stay. The apartment is very roomy with a fully equipped kitchen. The owners were very nice and the apartment is located on arguably the cutest street in all of Lubeck. The wireless internet worked well and there's a great organic food market right around the corner.
