  The location is unbeatable, 50 yards from the most beautiful church in Europe and right in the heart of Dresden. We had an apartment on the 6th floor (ask for 602 if you can) and it was first class. Everything was spotless and well cared for, and the room facilities were very good. Our two-bedroom apt had a large livingroom and nice kitchen, with top-floor dormer windows looking right out over the Frauenkirche square. Very clean, very nice. We couldn't have been closer to the action, and the street where we enter the apt is full of cafes and bars.

  I liked the hotel, the food, the service, the room. The hotel owner goes far beyond his line of duty for the well being of his guests. I got the flu while I was in Dresden. The day we were supposed to leave I was feeling terrible and of course was not able to go anywhere. He let us keep the room until 5:00 pm, the time our train was leaving and too... what people say » k us himself to the train station to save me from having to wait for a taxi. This is the first time that I encounter this. - While outside Dresden, it is on a good bus line (75) and only 20 minutes to the old town (free with Dresden Card).
